The accommodation lends itself to the customers needs for a homely, friendly atmosphere.There is always room for improvement and the project from 2015 is still in happening in certain parts of the house. Customer feedback is always taken seriously as their knowledge and perspective always gives us the opportunity to be more user-friendly. In the centre of Plymouth, Sydney House is a Victorian house with free WiFi. Drakes Circus shopping centre is a 5-minute walk away. All bedrooms at Sydney House are en-suite and have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and WiFi access. Guests can enjoy a full English breakfast for an additional cost. Plymouth Rail Station is a short walk away. Sydney House is near the bus station and ferry port. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Sydney House in advance of your expected arrival time. Early or late check-in is possible by prior arrangement for an additional GBP 10 per hour. .
