Airport transfers from Sharm Airport, Nuweiba Port or the Taba-Eilat border can be arranged for a fee. Excursions to St Catherine or to the various canyons and mountains in the area can also be arranged for guests by the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash and pets are not allowed in the bars, restaurant or pool.

For non-refundable bookings a message will be sent with the Paypal account and amount that needs to be paid within 48 hours after booking otherwise the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Please note that there is painting work being done in some parts of the hotel from September 2018 until March 2019.
