Sun and Sea Villas is a pet-friendly, extended stay rental property in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea 280 metres from the beach. Every villa includes free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. All villas have air conditioning and a flat-screen cable television. Guests can enjoy a private ground-floor entrance, back patio, and beach chairs as well as towels and an umbrella. The shared courtyard offers a barbecue grill guests can use. The community offers tennis, basketball, and shuffle board courts. Cycling, fishing, and swimming as well as diving are possible. Cleaning supplies are provided, and a coin-operated launderette is available. Birch State Park, Bonnet House Museum Gardens, and The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale are 6 km from Sun and Sea Villas. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sun and Sea Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that noise should be kept to a minimum from 21:00 until 9:00. Please note that guests must coordinate check-in time with the property prior to arrival. There is no office on site. Please note a security deposit of USD 300 will be authorised by credit card at the time of check in. After check-out, the authorisation will be voided pending no damage or extra charges have been incurred. For a full security deposit refund, the property should not find any damage to the unit. The unit must also be organised and clean. Daily housekeeping is not included in rental rates. Arrangements can be made for additional cleanings (for a fee) with advance notice. Note: 1 parking space is allotted per unit included in the rental rate. Additional parking spots may be available (for a fee) with advance notice.
