This elegant newly renovated 1-bedroom, two-story villa is situated alongside one of Thailands top Health/Wellness Spas, located in a private gated and secure community nestled in the gentle rolling hills among a rural village in Mae Rim District, and just a 35 minute drive to downtown Chiang Mai. There is a master bedroom with king-size bed, 1 full bathroom upstairs, 1 half bathroom downstairs, built-in wardrobe, open concept living room/kitchen and upper and lower outdoor balconies with spectacular views. The villa comes fully furnished, including a washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, various appliances and much more. My home is well cared for and equipped with most of the conveniences that you might need. Many other wonderful upgrades exist to facilitate comfort and harmony. Renters are responsible for water and electricity during their stay. This is to ensure you only pay for what you use and are not charged for something you do not use, which helps me keep the rental rate more reasonable.
