The apartments themselves are located on a 6.4-km-long stretch of white-sand beach, facing west so guests can see the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Everglades National Park is just under an hour's drive from the complex and Miami Beach is approximately 2 hours away by car. Southwest Florida International is the nearest airport, around 79 km away, and Miami International Airport lies some 162 km from the accommodation. Tampa International Aiport is around 296 km away.

This 19-story beachfront apartment complex is a 55-acre private community. Parking is available for guests arriving by car, at a one-time fee of USD 25. Payment will be taken and a parking permit issued when guests register for their apartment.

The 2-bedroom apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities), en suite bathrooms, cable TV (at least 2 TV sets per apartment), air conditioning and heating and a private balcony. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room and a pull out sofa in the living room. An ironing set is provided, and washer and dryers are available for use on each floor (fees apply).
