This 19-story beachfront apartment complex is a 55-acre private community. Parking is available for guests arriving by car, at a one-time fee of USD 25. Payment will be taken and a parking permit issued when guests register for their apartment. The 2-bedroom apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities), en suite bathrooms, cable TV (at least 2 TV sets per apartment), air conditioning and heating and a private balcony.
