You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. Please note that if you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. Noise can be heard from the street below due to general city traffic and building works. There is no lift in the apartment block, stairs will need to be climbed for all apartments. We do not offer a 24 hour maintenance service. Should you experience a problem with any of the services, we will require at least 24 hours to attend and hopefully fix the issue. There will be no compensation offered for this first 24 hours. Please note that there is new construction taking place right underneath at apartments, this should only be for 2 weeks from 16/6/23 so please be aware before you book.
