Pets and smoking are not allowed. Failure to observe these rules will result in a minimum of 250 USD charge to the guests/cardholders credit card. RVs, campers, and trailers are not allowed in the driveway of the rental or the grounds of the development. Total cost includes a booking fee(labelled as a Service Charge) which is assessed by the property manager and a damage protection fee (labelled as a resort fee) which provides you with limited coverage under certain circumtances in the event of unintentional damage to the property.
