If booking 30 days or more prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 50% of the total balance at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival date. If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival date: The guest will be charged 100% of the total balance at the time of booking. Guests must provide notice of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Guests cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged the total balance.

Please be sure to check for current road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Pass Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.
