All units comprise a seating area with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. A stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

All units are non-smoking and pets are prohibited. Any violation of these policies will be subject to a CAD 300 cleaning fee.
Housekeeping services are provided once for stays of five days or longer, midway through the stay. Daily housekeeping can be scheduled for an additional fee.
