The air-conditioned house is split across 2 levels, and features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, an oven and a stove. It also has a large living area with a TV. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Silvertrees 2 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note early check-in from 12:00 can be arranged upon request for AUD $50.
