The villa is located in the Thousand Oaks Subdivision, which is ten minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 15 to 20 minutes from Disney theme parks, 30 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens. This three bedroom, two bathroom pool home accommodates up to six guests with a queen bed, double bed, twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Amenities include a private pool, community pool, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, cable TV, VCR and DVD player, internet access, phone, game room, pool table, washer and dryer, security alarm, garage and golf nearby. This home is suitable for children. For stays than 5 days guest will be required to pay a cleaning fee at time of check in. Please note, the fee varies on room type and size.
