HotelDescription#The Settler's Ridge Condominiums is located at the entrance to the Deer Valley area and is just a few blocks to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort. Settler's Ridge guests will check in at the Park Avenue Condominium front desk. Conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores, it's the perfect home away from home. This complex features an outdoor hot tub, underground parking. This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit consists of one queen-sized bed plus one twin bed in the first bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom which can accommodate five guests. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with dining room, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room area has a TV and fireplace. Other amenities include wireless internet, outdoor hot tub and underground parking. This comfortable property is great for families and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. This property is pet friendly. One dog is allowed per condominium and must be under 25 lbs. Guest must fill out a Pet Registration form prior to arrival. Please ask a Travel Expert for this form. An additional non-refundable pet rental fee will be collected upon check-in. There is a $25.00 hot tub activation fee during summer months. Guests will receive one midweek housekeeping service with a stay of six nights or longer. Guests at Settlers Ridge have access to the on call courtesy shuttle from 8:30am - 8:00pm daily from Dec. 13 - Apr. 13, excluding Jan. 16 - Jan. 25.
