A damage deposit of CAD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note, the service charge is a Security Deposit Waiver Fee. The Waiver covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to CAD $200. Coverage does not cover extraordinary cleaning charges, damages resulting from negligence or willful or wanton conduct.
