This lovely, modern beach house has been architecturally designed and is just 350 metres from a secluded bay beach.
As you enter the property there is an abundance of natural light, magnificently appointed to cater for guests that expect elegance and luxury when staying away from home.
The property has amazing views overlooking a golf course and Saltwater creek. The upstairs living area opens onto a large deck with contemporary outdoor furniture, a dining table and BBQ facilities. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
