Positioned in Merimbula, this modern apartment features private access to the main beach and a short walk to the lake, corner shop, cafes, a playground and the town centre. Rolling Waves 1 is a 3-bedroom apartment. Downstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms with a bathroom, including a bath and full laundry facilities. Upstairs has the 3rd bedroom with another bathroom, a large open plan living area with polished timber floors, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and a dishwasher. The upstairs area opens out to a spacious terrace with sun loungers, barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning, a TV, DVD player and a CD player are provided. This dog friendly house has a fully fenced courtyard area connected to the laundry on the ground floor, with a dog kennel and a trampoline. There is a fully enclosed balcony on the 1st floor. Please note that there is no onsite reception. You must provide the property with an Australian mobile phone number, as your check in details will be sent to you via text message, on your check in day. If you do not have an Australian mobile phone number, you will need to provide an email address for this information to be sent to you.
