Rivendell on Cornelius

You will be staying in our 2 storey, handmade mud -brick home which we began building 33 years ago. My husband Colin is a secondary teacher with a flair for building and creating. So what you see and live in, has been lovingly created by us. Our home is nestled into the side of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley, flanked by hills and mountains. Birdlife abounds here in the bush amidst the peace and quiet. We enjoy gardening and have created spaces to sit and relax in. Our 2 Schnoodles are great company and mix well with our 3 lovely brown hens who produce great eggs. Our organic, seasonal vegetable produce is served at breakfast. Our BnB has only one room (which is in the photos) with a deck to relax on. There is a down stairs lounge with TV and DVD player for the guests use with a wood fire which can be enjoyed in the cooler weather. We love our guest to feel at home in this tranquil, unique environment. Set on 14 acres of beautiful bush land and gardens, Rivendell on Cornelius is a 2-story home offering 1 room, a private deck and mountain views. Free WiFi is available. This bed and breakfast is a 5-minute drive from Healesville town centre and an 8-mintue drive from both Healesville & District Hospital and Hedgend Maze. Guests can watch a show on the flat-screen TV in the shared lounge area available. The room has a small eating area, fridge and microwave and an ensuite with free toiletries.
