This apartment complex is in a peaceful location in Orihuela Costa. It is in a fully established and consolidated area. It offers an extremely good infrastructure with restaurants, shops, banks, pubs and bars all in the vicinity. All essential facilities can be found within a radius of 300 m of the development. It is located close to beautiful sandy beaches. The complex opened in 2008 and has 30 apartments in total spread across 3 floors. The complex has a mainly international population. All properties are well orientated between the south and east, therefore offering guests the chance to enjoy many winter sunshine hours. Due to its unique layout, all units offer beautiful views looking onto the communal pool and landscaped garden areas. Sea views can be had from 1st and 2nd floor apartments. On leaving the toll, continue in the direction of San Miguel Salinas. After 2 kilometres, once you have passed the entrance to the Golf Club Villmartin, take a right turn. The residence is 100 metres away from here.
