Set on the Salento coast, Residence Solaris is just 10 metres from the nearest public beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments and a swimming pool. It is set in Torre Specchia Ruggeri. Solaris Residence is 2 km north of the small harbour of San Foca. All apartments have a balcony or patio with a view of the garden or sea. Each one has a kitchenette and TV. There are vending machines at reception and a mini market and newsagents a short walk away. It is 30 minutes drive from the popular seaside town of Otranto and the historic city of Lecce. The Salento bus stops 100 metres away during summer. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Residence Solaris in advance of your expected arrival time. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated arrival time in advance. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them there.
