Residence Gabbiano

Located right inside the pinewood in Bibione Pineda, Residence Gabbiano is only 50 metres from the beach. Apartments are nicely decorated and feature a balcony, flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchenette. Apartments are composed of 2 bedrooms plus a living room with double sofa bed. Each apartment has its own private bathroom. The centre of Bibione Pineda, with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets, is 200 metres away. Bibione is 4 km away. Please inform Residence Gabbiano in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 8 per bed linen set, EUR 5 per towels set per person/per stay. Before check-out you should clean the kitchen and dispose of garbage, otherwise an extra cleaning fee applies.
