Rentalmar Romani Adosados is set in a residential complex in El Casalot, 3.5 km from Miami Platja Beach. Set in gardens, the houses share a seasonal outdoor pool and have free parking. Each house has a furnished terrace with access to the garden and pool. There is a living room with a sofa bed and TV. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a terrace and bathroom with bath tub. On the ground floor is a toilet with a shower. The houses come with a well-equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You can rent a TV and a safe at reception, subject to availability, and you can also book excursions. Please not that sheets are included, but towels are not. Apartments are cleaned before arrival and after departure and sheets are changed weekly. Water and electricity are included in the price, subject to reasonable usage. Cots are available on request and subject to availability. One child under 2 years old may stay for free in a cot. Older children will be charged a supplement of EUR 3. Maximum 1 cot per room. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the final bill and must be paid separately during the stay.
