The aparthotel is located in the region of Limni Keri which in the south-west of the island of Zakinthos, 200 m away from the beach. It is situated among the old olive trees with a view of the gulf of Laganas and the island of Marathonisi. Links to the public transport network are about 250 m away and Zakynthos International Airport is at a distance of approximately 14 km.

The modern apartment complex is built according to the Ionian Islands style of architecture and painted in light and friendly colours. Renovated in 2009, it features parking under the shade of olive trees, a lobby, hotel safe and a newspaper stand. The property comprises one junior suite and 13 apartments.

Each apartment provides a fully equipped and furnished kitchen with a fridge, cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, an air-extractor and all utensils, a dining room, a living room and a sitting room with sofa and table. Standard in-room features include a satellite/cable TV, a direct dial telephone, Internet access, a safe, ironing set and terrace. The bedrooms consist of double or king-size beds and a wardrobe inside the wall. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hairdryer. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

The property offers guests use of an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area, sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also provided on the beach.

From the town of Zakynthos or the airport (14.5 km), follow the main road (Zakynthou-Keriou) south via Ampelokipi, Danato and Lithakia directly to Limni Keriou. The villa apartments are only 200 m from the beach and the marina.
