Guests are requested to tidy and clean the accommodation before their departure, or guests can request this to be done for them for a supplementary charge. Bookings for the self-catering unit include electricity but guests are requested to use heating and other appliances responsibly. A starter pack of fuel is provided for the log-burner Sept to May. Log burner uses logs <15 cm long, if you want to bring your own - can also purchase locally. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 80 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
