Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in and check-out will be at Twin Peaks Lodge (4365 Northlands Blvd, Whistler, V0N 1B4). Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00-21:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00-23:00) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up. Please note, a parking height restriction of 69" (205 cm). Guest can enjoy access to the outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts at the Hilton Whistler Resort. Age Policy: at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older at the time of check-in and through the entire stay. The reservation will be cancelled if guests do not meet this age requirement.
