Each apartment is equipped with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, and furniture. Porto Letizia is located just a 5-minute walk away from Porlezza center, which can be accessed via a footbridge. Parking is available on-site and free of charge. The city of Lugano is 15 km away, on the other side, Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is a 15-minute drive from the Residence, and the town of Menaggio on Lake Como is just 12 km away. From Menaggio, guests can catch a boat to explore the lake and its surrounding areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is included free of charge a 2 hours bike rental per person per day.
