Residence Porto Letizia is located in Porlezza, a town in northern Italy situated right on the shores of Lake Lugano and it offers direct access to the beach on Lake Lugano, making it an ideal destination for guests seeking a relaxing holiday experience.

The apartments at Porto Letizia are spread across the main building, the village, and independent villas located in the residence parkland. Each apartment is equipped with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen/kitchenette, and furniture. Some of the apartments offer breathtaking views of the regions mountains, while others provide guests with views of the lake from the restaurant area.

Guests can enjoy proper Italian cuisine at the restaurant located in the Palazzo. Additionally, Porto Letizia includes a childrens playground for families traveling with children.

Porto Letizia is located just a 5-minute walk away from Porlezza center, which can be accessed via a footbridge. Parking is available on-site and free of charge. The city of Lugano is 15 km away, on the other side, Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is a 15-minute drive from the Residence, and the town of Menaggio on Lake Como is just 12 km away. From Menaggio, guests can catch a boat to explore the lake and its surrounding areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
It is included free of charge a 2 hours bike rental per person per day.
