Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

The property can be accessed from New Ishigaki Airport via an 80-minute bus ride and a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. However, guests are advised to rent a car at the airport for easier access.
