Peel Forest Lodge

When people arrive at Peel Forest Lodge they are overwhelmed by the bird song, the beautiful trees, the size of the logs which the Lodge is built from and how private and peaceful it is. The outlook is spectacular looking out across fields of deer grazing up to Mt Peel. A one night stay just isnt enough and so this is why we now have a two night minimum stay. The Lodge is beautifully appointed inside and out and we endeavour to make it as comfortable as possible for clients staying. It has great facilities including an outdoor spa pool, outdoor BBQ area, lots of space for children to play safely outside. It can be used for corporate meetings, weddings or any family occasion. Peel Forest Lodge is a 4-bedroom villa featuring a stone fireplace, hot tub, free Wi-Fi and lovely mountain views. Guests can relax in their heated villa, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ. Peel Forest Villa is a 5-minute drive from the Rangitata River and a 20-minute drive from Geraldine. Opihi Vineyard is a 40-minute drive away and Mt Hutt Ski Field is a 1-hour drive. The villa offers a dining setting, 2 living areas and a satellite flat-screen TV with a DVD player. It has an outdoor dining area and laundry facilities. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The villa has a separate cabin with a queen bed and 2 single beds with a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Horse riding and safaris in Peel Forest are available upon request.
