Set beneath trees, the air-conditioned apartments include a terrace with outdoor furniture. Parco Hemingways interiors come with basic but stylish furniture. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a TV and safe. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer. Lignano Port is a 10-minute drive away. Lignano Golf Club is 1 km from the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 10 Sept 2022 until Sat 20 May 2023 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 10 Sept 2023 until Wed 15 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Final cleaning is included. Bed linen are not included and not available for childrens cots. Kitchen linen and bathroom towels are not provided. Please note the 2 pools are open from mid-May until mid-September. WiFi is available only on one device at a time, for each apartment.
