The master bedroom features a king bed, seating area, HDTV, french doors to a private patio entrance, wall length closet with shelving, and an en suite bath.
The loft bedroom features a queen bed, full bed, & single bed trundle, a large bathroom, HDTV, and walk-in closet.
The living area is luxuriously appointed with sofa, loveseat, two chairs, and HDTV, newly renovated full kitchen, and dining for six. Patio has seating for four and Weber gas grill.
The pool is 50 feet from the villa, with chaise lounges tables, and sundeck overlooking a lagoon, fountain, and golf course.
Three miles of private, beach is minutes from the villa, include restrooms, outdoor showers, restaurants, accessible via foot, bike, car, or complimentary resort shuttle. The resort also offers fireworks, live music, kayaks, canoes, general store, fine dining, shopping, market & 50 miles of bike paths. Set in Hilton Head Island, Palmetto Dunes Villa offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a restaurant and access to a garden with an outdoor pool. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Payment at time booking is required. Palmetto Dunes Villa will send a confirmation email with detailed payment information after you book and instructions to sign a rental agreement within 24-48 hours after booking.

After full payment is taken, the property will send guests the address and key pick-up location.

Check-in information sent 2 weeks prior to arrival date. For arrivals less than 2 weeks away, check-in information is sent immediately after payment is received.
