The building is as comfortable as a hotel because all nine bedrooms are independent. A large central staircase connects the floors. The large kitchen where you can eat all together has a direct exit to the garden where there is the outdoor dining area. Set in the countryside, Palazzo Vanneschi is a 10-minute drive from Bucine town centre. This 17th-century villa offers an outdoor pool and a garden with BBQ facilities. With free Wi-Fi and a washing machine, the rustic-style Vanneschi has 9 bedrooms, a seating area with flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On-site parking is free. Cooking classes can be booked on request. Arezzo is a 35-minute drive away, while Florence can be reached by car in 1 hour. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Water and gas are included. Electricity is available at extra costs and is charged on consumption. Please note that heating and air conditioning are not available.
