Our Guest Rooms:
We offer three Double Bedrooms. Two of them have a spacious Queen Bed that sleeps two. One Bedroom can be made into a Twin as it has two single beds which can also be made into a double depending on your requirement. Bedrooms are ensuite with fans. There is no AC but as two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor of this three stored modern home, the rooms are airy and cool. All our guests have access to the upper level roof terrace to relax and watch gorgeous sunsets and stunning views of the ocean. Guests have access to living areas including sitting, dinning, kitchen, laundry and garden. We have solar powered hot water in all bathrooms. We have public buses and tuk tuks virtually at our door. Located in Negombo, Negombo BnB features a totally non smoking property inside and outside, all rooms have mosquito screened windows, free Wifi, garden view and free breakfast.

Each room comes with an En suite bathroom or a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, equipped with a bidet and shower.

You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.

Most tourist sights including Fish Market, Dutch Canal, Dutch Fort Bell Tower, Angurukaramulla Buddhist Temple can be reached by foot or in a few minutes by tuk tuk.The property can arrange day tours, Negombo Lagoon sunset boat trips and Ayurvedic Massages with partner companies that include free pick up and drop back to the property.

Bandaranaike International Airport is 11 kilometers and Colombo City is 35 kilometers from the property. Please inform Negombo BnB in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the property premises.

Please note that all payments are to be made in cash. If no prepayment is made by Paypal then payment must be in cash at check in.

Early Check In and Late Check Outs are subject to $20 surcharge when available.
