To use the propertys free shuttle from JR Yuzawa Station, please make a reservation in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The shuttle leaves daily at 14:30, from the stations West gate. During ski season, an extra shuttle runs at 11:00. At other times, guest have to use public transport.
