A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that if the guests number is less than the full capacity of the property, we reserve the right to lock away the rooms with the excess beds. Optionally, we can leave the rooms opened for an extra charge.

If paying by card guests are required to submit a photo ID and front of credit card 24 hours prior to arrival via online check-in. This apartment is located within a secure building monitored by security and concierge. Should your guest numbers on arrival be more than that which was confirmed beforehand additional charges of AED 456 per extra guest per night will apply.

Bookings with at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights, will get a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
