Please note that arrivals outside of the check-in hours (15:30 - 20:00) will be subject to a late check-in fee. Montrose Guest House will not accept bookings made using third party credit or, debit card details unless the correct name and card registration address are also provided when the reservation is made. Guests 17 years and younger can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A security deposit of GBP 150 may be required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note, visitors and other unauthorsied people are not permitted in the property.
