Situated in Moraira, a 7-minute drive from the centre, Mirador al Sur features a private pool and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the surrounding countryside.

This air-conditioned house includes a living area with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher, and barbecue facilities are available outside. There is also a washing machine.

The house has 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms with a shower. Towels and bed linen can be rented on site. There is free WiFi in all areas.

The beach is an 8-minute drive from the property. The neighbouring town of Calpe and it long, sandy beach can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned.

A 30% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
