A damage deposit of AUD 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. Check-in is normally after 15:00 hours. For guests arriving between 06:00 and 09:30 and between 17:30 and 21:00, an AU$25 fee will apply. Between 21:00 and 24:00, an AU$55 fee will apply and between 24:00 and 06:00, an AU$100 fee will apply.

All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, a minimum $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival (regardless of what Booking.com may say in their communications). A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date; via EFT or the SecureID Verified payment link that StayCentral sends you.
