A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: the normal check-in hours are between 15.00 and 17.59 PM (no charge).

For late check-in, an additional fee will be applied. For check -in between 18.00-21.59 PM, the fee is EUR 30. For check-in between 22.00-00.00 PM, the fee is EUR 50.
