Housekeeping services are from 10:00 to 14:00. Due to fire code regulations, smoking of any kind, candles, or open flames are not permitted in the rooms. The property bills any guest violating these policies USD 150.00 for clean-up costs and may be asked to vacate the premises. Please note that any actions that result in additional cleaning for the property will incur a fee. The property bills guests a USD 45.00 lost key charge for any missing keys. Pool/beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath robes are provided for guests in each room and must be returned to the room(s) at check-out. Full retail replacement value will be charged to the credit card on file for each missing item. The photo ID presented at check-in must match the name of the registered guest. Please note that items taken from the en suite minibar will be deducted from the incidental deposit.
