Situated next to a private 12-acre lake, Lakeview Holiday Cottages feature fully fitted kitchens and a spacious lounge area with access to a patio. Guests can enjoy views over the lawns, gardens and gazebos from the rear of the property, as well as front views of grazing fields and a stream. A family-size bathroom, free Wi-Fi and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player are provided in each of the Lakeview Holiday Cottages. Egyptian cotton bedding, thick pile carpets and large fluffy bath towels are also included. Leisurely walks or cycles can be taken along the canal, and the market town of Bridgwater is only 10 minutes away by car. The Somerset coastline is about 11 miles from the cottages, and features quaint towns and traditional seaside resorts. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Lakeview Holiday Cottages in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised that there is a charge of GBP 30 plus VAT for arrivals after 17:00. Late arrivals must be arranged in advance as alternative arrangements will have to be made.
