A 5 bedroom accommodation (10 people) with kitchen, living room, outdoor area (Barbecue, garden furniture). 2. An equipped apartment, accessible for people with reduced mobility with private garden ideally for 2 adults and 2 children 3. A loft for 2 people with private terrace overlooking the valley Please inform La Ferme De Durbuy in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all the rooms are upstairs. Also, only one pet per room can be accommodated, at an extra fee of EUR 12/stay for pets under 10 kg and EUR 15/stay for pets over 10 kg.
