A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the apartment is situated on the third floor of the building, and it is only accessible via a steep staircase. Therefore it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility or with large items of luggage.
