A security deposit of EUR 65 is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the apartment must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 60 to 75 will apply. Bed linen are optional as well; guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bed linen) and 13.95 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels.

Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum.
