A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-ins after 19:00 hours can be accommodated if the guest phones the property in advance.

Children are welcome and are counted towards maximum 2 occupancy of the room. Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

For convenience and for those arriving after our 19:00 hour office closure, guests can request self/late check-in and check-out. Codes to Building and to room along with check-in instructions will be sent in an email on arrival day.
