You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests who expect to arrive after the stated check-in times must contact the property directly as soon as possible. Contact details appear on the Booking confirmation issued by this site. Guest who have used their own credit/debit card for booking must present their payment card together with their personal identification (photo ID or passport) during check-in. Please note that the name and number on the payment card must be spelled exactly identical to the name on the identification card. If the guest is not the credit/ debit card owner then the hotel need a verification from the card owner that he/she allows the hotel to make the payment, a copy of identification (photo ID or passport) and the credit/ debit card must be sent to the hotel by email.
