We offer homes in various upscale residential communities all within a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney Resort area. Special requests? Just let us know. Each of these Kissimmee, Florida holiday homes has a private outdoor pool and full kitchen.

A separate seating area with a sofa bed, cable TV, and dining area are provided in every home from Homes4uu Kissimmee Vacation Homes. Each holiday home is fully furnished and uniquely decorated.

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are featured in each Kissimmee Homes4uu holiday home for added convenience. Free parking is provided. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The property will email check-in details to guests once full payment is received.

A USD 52.00 non-refundable damage waiver fee is due prior to arrival or a USD 350 refundable credit card hold at check-in.

Guests will receive check-in instructions and a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive check-in details within 30 days prior to arrival date, please contact the property directly.
