A washing machine and a tumble dryer are featured in each Kissimmee Homes4uu holiday home for added convenience. Free parking is provided. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A USD 52.00 non-refundable damage waiver fee is due prior to arrival or a USD 350 refundable credit card hold at check-in. Guests will receive check-in instructions and a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
