A damage deposit of USD 1500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note: the property is responsible for charging the total amount of the reservation. In order to do so, the property will email a credit card authorization form and a rental agreement to the guest upon booking. If the guest doesnt email both documents back to the property within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled.
