Please note that the property allows guests to stay or remain at the propertys common areas free of charge, maximum for 2 hours after the checkout time which is 12 pm. If any guest need or choose to stay for more than 2 hours after the checkout time the property will charge USD 1.5 for 1 hour. Please contact the property for more information.

Please note that no deposit is required, guests can pay after arrival. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
