Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of EUR 80 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests staying in the Two-Bedroom Apartment must pay the full amount of the reservation in cash.

Please note that the hotel reception operates with limited opening hours (7:00-11:00 and 17:00-22:00) on weekends between October - March. Please contact the property in advance if expecting to arrive outside these hours.
