This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 250 bond taken the day prior to your arrival to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.

Keys are located within the premises in a secured lock with a pin code access. Once payment and bond have been received, the property will send final instructions with a pin code and check-in/check-out procedures to guest.
