Our guests can enjoy walking around our grounds. Holding a much envied position on the lower slopes of Butter Crag, a short stroll down the sweeping private driveway from the hotel itself, lies Grasmere Village, Wordsworths inspiration, from the creative romantic, to the serious fell walker, there is a side of Grasmere that everyone can fall in love with.
